Members of the Council carry Aurelya's highest trust. The Council is led by its eldest representative. Aija encountered the Council several times during the early days of the connection.

The Council gathers at the Council Circle under the guidance of the eldest, either physically in person or through Shared Harmony. In Earth terms, the latter might be compared to remote participation, although on Aurelya it is a form of shared presence rather than a technical connection.

The Council Arc was built when Vaelen was founded, as the Council's gathering place.

Saeliri was a member of the Council, but to Aija he became above all a trusted friend and himself, not merely a representative of the Council.
